in 1832. These Georgian townhouses have been recently restored
and are a designated heritage property. Located in downtown
Charlottetown, next to the city's waterfront park, they are
footsteps away from restaurants, theatre and shopping.
The townhouses features four sitting rooms, formal dining room, a
grand piano, fireplaces and a large private garden. They are
beautifully furnished with European, Canadian and Island art and
antiques.
Ideal accommodation for large families: sleeps 8 to 10 people;
equipped eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, barbeque
and cable television. The back yard is surrounded by a fence and
completely private.
A smaller 3-bedroom house next door at 100-1/2 Water Street is also available.
Rates
Daily rate $150 to 300; weekly rate $1000-2000. Weekly bookings only during July and August.
